We wanted to share our efforts related to the COVID-19 “Coronavirus” and let you know we’re here to help if you need us.

Concerns about the Coronavirus continue to rise. We are monitoring reports from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and have taken a number of precautionary measures for the health and safety of our customers, our colleagues, and the community. If you would like additional information on preventative measures related to the Coronavirus, please refer to the www.CDC.gov/coronavirus website.

If you need help with your account, customer service or support, we are here. You can contact us anytime by calling our support lines:

• 844-816-8904 for Chelan & Douglas County customers
• 833-880-9965 for Grand Ronde customers

We are here to assist you, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (limited service between Midnight and 6AM, PST). It is possible there will be longer hold times during hours with higher call volumes. Our thoughts are with those who are impacted by the Coronavirus. We’ll continue to monitor the situation and take additional measures as needed to best support our customers.
