IMPORTANT NOTICE

Affordable Connectivity Program Termination Alert

January 25, 2024

Dear Valued Customers,

We are contacting you about a critical development regarding the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP). The FCC anticipates existing ACP funding to run out at the end of April 2024 unless Congress takes prompt action to extend its duration.

HOW WILL THIS IMPACT YOU?  Customers who are enrolled in the ACP will continue to receive their benefit on their internet service through April 2024. This date is an estimate and may change. If Congress doesn’t fund the program before April 2024, customers may change their service and be responsible for full payment of bills or opt-out of continuing service after the end of the ACP. If you choose to opt-out/cancel service, you must give 30 days’ written notice to billing@nativework.com.

The Affordable Connectivity Program has played a crucial role in ensuring access to affordable and reliable internet services for many households. The termination of this program may impact your ability to continue benefiting from its advantages. Here’s how you can contact the FCC to advocate for an extension:

When reaching out to the FCC, please consider highlighting the positive impact the Affordable Connectivity Program has had on your ability to access essential online services. Additionally, express your concern about the potential consequences of its termination.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. We will continue to keep you informed of any updates regarding the Affordable Connectivity Program.
